Sending messages to all deleted message senders

The EmC can automatically send a message for each sender of the deleted messages requesting that they remove your address of their list or that your email address does not exist. To send messages, the EmC needs that you configure your SMTP server address In the "Setup" screen , as following:

Configuring the smtp server

In EmC menu select the option " Setup". Click in "sending message ". The screen above will appear. It informs the address of your SMTP provider. If your smtp provider demands authentication, fill the fields "For servers who demand authentication " if not, leave it blank.
