Screen of deleted messages

This screen will only be available when you delete a message. The EmC sends messages back to senders of deleted messages.

The EmC , will be able to send standard messages to senders of deleted messages, according to your selection: inexistence of your email, removal of the sender's list and a free text. To select the senders of these messages just click in the box besides the deleted message as indicated in the screen.

Click with the right button of mouse to request the responsible program for the sending messages.

The deleted messages screen is temporary. Case you close the program and execute it again, the deleted messages will not appear in this screen but they will be in the statistic file.

Recommendations and acknowledgments

Some suppliers of POP accounts POP or WebMail (free email) delete messages imediatly after its reading. To solve this problem the EmC allows that you defines which accounts are for reading only (the EmC will not make the reading of messages of these accounts,it will only read the headers). Moreover, all read messages are stored in Text format or HTML in the folder ATTACHMENTS under the directory where the EmC was installed.

Dial-UP users for 2000 Windows or NT need to be connected before executing the EmC.
