Showing the body message If you want to see the body message just click, with the right button of mouse, in the corresponding line, that the EmC will show you the body and its attachments in " the Body Browser ". That is it, you see the body message as if you were in the Browser. Of course, if the message is not in " HTML" format, you will see it normally. You will be able to sail in this new incorporated Browser in the EmC . And to avoid waist of time, if the message has attachements, the EmC , verifies the existence of Virus and reads the message body , stores them in a special folder, only destined for them. You do not need to be looking for and nor saving. It is ready there to be used. To see the attachments it is enough to click in the attachments line (see figure above) that they will be shown. If the attach is an executable program or a document of the MS-Word or MS-Excel or still a macro in MS-Visual Basic the EmC will emit a message alerting on the possibility of the file to be infected by Virus. It is only an alert. If the attachments has a Virus that is in the filters list, the EmC will not read it hindering the contamination. Buttons, browse and reply to
To send message to sender click in the "Reply to" button. Recommendations and acknowledgments Some providers of POP accounts or WebMail (free email ) delete messages soon after its reading. To solve this problem the EmC allows that you define which accounts are only for reading (the EmC will not make the reading of messages in this account, will only read the headers). Moreover, all read messages are stored in Text format or HTML in the folder ATTACHMENTS in the directory where the EmC was installed. Dial-UP users for 2000 Windows or NT need to be connected before executing the EmC.
